Spotting on new floor

Poured a new slab close to a month ago, and I left it wet for about 2 weeks, then left it alone. It developed "spots" all over the place, can anyone tell me what this is, and if it can easily be removed? Can I get this off with a pressure washer or a scrub brush? Will it interfere with a coating adhering?

Efflorescence? I'm guessing. Best wait for the concrete experts to weigh in.

That's what I was hoping for. Still doing storm cleanup today, but I'll probably give it a good scrub next week and see what comes of it.

I've seen it recommended you give it 2 months to cure before attempting to remove efflorescence.
