Local college just demolished a $150K paint booth & building that was barely 7 years old. Only booth I've seen that had both heaters to bake the paint etc & a cooler set up to keep the temp cool enough to paint in the Summer. Apparently it wasn't unusual to see 130deg+ temps in there during the Summer before they added the cooler.

Yeah, one of the biggest struggles with code compliance is that it varies from state to state, city to city. We are actually in the process of writing a blog post for our GFS booth blog on code compliance. It's a complicated thing to write about because there isn't just a quick answer!

& it also depends on what you intend to paint. I can buy original formula Imron to put on an aircraft, but it's illegal to buy it to put it on a car.... even if you paint them both in the same booth at the same time

Good point. It definitely does depend on what you intend to paint also!
