The foam makes the outer skin one piece. You can remove a sheet by removing the screws or nails from the outside, but then you also have to cut the foam inside at the seams too. If you have the inside lined, you will have to saw cut the outside through the foam to remove the section. If possible, caulk the puncture to seal it and leave it as a reminder to be more careful.
