I did my metal shop with this. 84' x 50' 16' was $25,000 for 2". It is sealed tight, if you start a vehicle in there you can still see the exhaust hanging in the air the next day.
One thing to know: if the sheeting is galvanized you should prime it with a primer for galvanized metal so the foam sticks properly. If the sheeting is colored then you are OK. I used colored sidewall sheeting and galvanized roofing so had to get the roof primed (pressure wash first with degreaser to remove oils). One company said you don't need to prime it, the company I had do it said you should. Knowing how well paint sticks to galvanized metal, I thought it a good idea to prime.
