Has anyone done there own spray foam?

I am looking into this product to spay my 40X50 shop. It requires 10.1 cfm @ 100psi compressor to shoot the product which is no problem.

It looks like it will cost about $3250 to spray my complets shop. I had a quote for someone to come do it and they wanted $7000 I told thanks but no thanks.

Has anyone used any other product to do there own spray foam?

I used Tiger foam on an addition we did a few years back and plan to use it on the garage. Worked great. Looks way easier to control than the Soythane gun. And the gun is disposable also. Did you hear the part in the video that you cannot stop spraying one you start? Seems like youd lake a killer mess moving around.
Also noticed that the spray patern in not fanned out like most are.

Tiger Foam looks ot be a bit more expensive but it worked great.

I looked into tiger foam but there tanks are just too small like max size is 600 board feet. I am looking at doing 4000 board feet. So the soyfoam would be the best method for me due from the large area.

I just looked at foam it green and tiger foam it will cost about $4,500 to use there systems. With soyfoam I am at $3,000. Seems like this is what I am going to go with as soon as i finish my electrical. An order will be placed and I will report the results.

Was the $7000 to spray the foam an inch thick, or full cavity thickness?




For 4000 board feet it takes 20 cases, with six canisters per case.
It's only 33 board feet per canister for soythane. And keep in mind, that's 4000 feet at an inch thick.

You can also get TigerFoam cheaper in volume. I found a dealer that would go for $550 shipped if I got three.
