Spray gun

Lookin into buying the Devilbiss FLG-670. Says its for solvent paints. Do I need a different gun to spray water based paints or can this one be set up to do it? Whats the difference in the guns?

They usually specify guns with stainless parts for water based. That's the only difference I know of.
