Basically the stick-type compressors. Used these on 4 sets of struts even lubing them each time the threads seem exceptionally worn. Not a pro but looking for suggestions on something safer. I do 2-4 sets of struts per year.

Thanks

The ones you show look better than most I've seen of that type but the scrap pail is where I'd put them just the same.

I've been using one of these for years with no problems or disasters.

The Branick would be the way to go IMO if doing struts was a regular thing.

Once you go Branick, you never go back!

I bought one and it was well worth every penny. It made strut jobs a joy, not like you're working with a live grenade.

Well, I worked some overtime during the holidays and was going to add the money to savings. But where is the fun in that!

The guy down the road from us has a branik on the wall and I use it on occasion, but is there any reason You couldn’t build adapter for a 20 ton press... it would have to be custom of course. but I’ve yet to see or hear of anything... any ideas.
