Number 70.190 but no maker name.
Some sort of spring application?
Anyone have any ideas?

Looks like it goes in the scrap bucket since no other pieces are here.

Something like that I would save because I know at some time it would be modified into some kind of one off tool to save my *** on a sunday evening. but that's just me.

Same here. I have a plastic tub in the bottom drawer of a tool box full of stuff like that. Every once in a while I modify and use one. Then I don't have to tear up something nice.
