Howdy, This is the transformer that I posted about here: link I don't have a use for it so rather than throw it on a shelf I figured I'd see if there was any interest here.
The wires are identified as: H1-4 and X1-4 with inputs being H1 and H4. I tested it with 120vac on the primary and measured 16vac on the secondary. There is no identifying label whatsoever on this but it was inside the large enclosure alongside a 240/480 -> 240/120 3kva transformer I picked up from the salvage yard a while back. This smaller guy's secondary was wired to a dual gang outlet of an unknown purpose.
I'm being told it's likely a buck/boost and can handle 240 on the primary but I don't have a ready way to test that. Since the larger transformer was ID'd as a Square D I really believe this is one of the models listed here: Square D LV But, as mentioned, without any tags or marks I cannot be sure. What I am sure of is that I have no use for it whatsoever. So I figured I'd throw it on here to see if there's any interest.
I am located a smidge north of Standish, MI but would meet up to an hour away for the right deal. Or I am open to shipping provided the buyer covers it. I'll gladly accept PayPal, or Apple Cash, I'm also open to trades and some things I'm interested in would be a bench vice, 110v wire welder, bench top belt sander (obviously cheap `ala Harbor freight styles)
Comparing this guy to a 30lb dumbbell I have they are very close, so shipping will be kinda high. But I'd rather offer it here first than someplace like eBay and have to deal with those people. Anyway.. any questions please, feel free. Thanks
