St. Louis Mini Split Install (Help Needed)

My brother lives in St. Louis and had two people stand him up already for his Mini Split install. He does not have the ability or experience to attempt it himself. I would do it for him but my brother lives too far from me. Anybody from St. Louis area here that can help my brother out or know someone that can? It is a paid job, I just need to help him find someone that will show up and charge a reasonable price.
