staggered plywood flooring?

I just got my shed foundation approved today by the inspector and I'm putting on the 3/4 PT plywood floor. Since the shed is 12x16, I have 6 sheets of plywood layed out in 2 nice even rows of 3 and the base is square. Should I pull up the middle column of plywood, shift one piece to be centered on the middle, and then cut the other in half to put two 4' pieces on either end?

My concern is that while that may strengthen the entire structure, it may weaken the floor area on the front where the door will be for everything entering the shed.

My intent is to leave the 3/4 plywood as the shed floor and just paint it, but if it makes that much of a difference, I could throw a 3/8 or 1/2" over top of that with a different pattern, say two 8' pieces in the middle column with the staggered pieces on either outboard side.

Or am I overthinking this for a stinkin' shed?

I always stagger my joints. You will have much better floor if you do. How far apart are your floor joist?

joists are 2x6 on 16" center, no more than 4' spans between support under the 2x6

Yes, stagger them if you can...Did you buy your plywood already? If not, rather than use 3/4, for minimal extra cost, you might consider using the "five quarter" plywood floor underlayment with the tongue-and-groove edge. Makes for an incredibly stout shed floor.

I tried to get the 5/4 and couldn't find it at the local box store. 3/4 is down and staggered.
