I just purchased this Stahlwille Manoskop 711/3, 6 to 32 Nm ( 5-23 ft lb) torque wrench on eBay for a "best offer accepted" and it is on its way via DHL from Lithuania.
Photos are attached. I can't find it in any current catalog and I wonder if any GJ members can help me approximate the date and also tell me what size the attachments are so that I can begin to search for wrench or ratchet ends to make it functional?
