Looks nice. Has a hard type handle tough. I like the soft type grips.

Have you tried the snap with soft grip with interchangable shanks ? I sure like mine.

Both are about same price.

I have one of those. picked it up a year or 2 ago. I had seen nothing but great things said on here about Stahlwille tools and figured I'd give this one a shot as I kinda have a thing for ratcheting screwdrivers. IMHO not worth what I paid and definitely not worth what they're asking on Amazon. Ratcheting action is stiff and coarse (even after lubricating the mechanism) and it really didn't feel good in the hand. The black part covering the shaft is a cheap piece of plastic, or at least it is on mine anyways. If you've got the Williams and like it, stick with it. or give the other one you mentioned a try.

Already ordered the pistol grip Bahco. How is the ratcheting mechanism? Is it smoother than the previous poster experienced? Kinda glad I didn't drop $70 on something that was rough.
