I plan on doing mine in a few weeks and will post pictures. I'm planning on using the quickrete solid color stain. I have an old pad that is brownish in color and a new pad that is white so it wouldn't look right with the transparent stain. I like the look of epoxy but with the work I have planned for my new garage over the next few years I want to put something down that I can fix easily and cheaply if it gets banged up. If you want a cheap epoxy, take a look at your local sears. Around here they are getting rid of their paint departments. I saw garage floor epoxy that looked like a re-branded rustoleum kit there for $30 a kit. Most of their other paint was 30 to 50% off as well.
