My garage has pine clapboard siding and needs to be re-stained. Last time I used Olympic oil based solid stain and it was 5 years ago. Now I can only find latex solid stain. Is this going to work over oil, which brand would you recommend? I would like to also switch from a russet color to a grey color, will this work? Thanks
