Stairs in Garage I need materials ideas

I am looking for material ideas for stairs in a garage. I have unfinished entry to house and stairs in my garage that lead up to a bonus room built above the garage. This is a heavy traffic area. Kids and dogs run up and down these stairs. I am looking for an affordable non-slip easy to clean material that I can install myself.

What about diamond plate?

Is that in your budget?

Find a local metal supplier, they can bend them up to fit in long sections.

Stain or paint the osb risers and use aluminium diamond plate for the treads.

I like the cables on the railing... Some details on that please? Material, cost, would you do it again? I have a deck I would like to do the same thing with so it doesn't obstruct the view.

What about a spray on type of material.. like LineX or something similar on the tops and then paint or spray on the risers??
