Looking for a good gloss concrete sealer for my stamped concrete driveway.

Any suggestions?

A little history about the driveway, I have sealed it in the past with ‘box store’ solvent based and acrylic based sealers, which look good initially but do not seem to hold up very well. It now has been probably at least three years since it was last sealed and it is very dull looking.

Thanks!

Acrylics don't last forever and eventually wear out or lose gloss. They are the best for outdoors though. And what's nice about them is that you can just apply a new coat right over the old coat once cleaned.

The best are the MMA acrylic sealers. These are solvent-based as well. Legacy Industrial has a couple of great products. Just give Scotty a call. https://www.legacyindustrial.net/products/concrete-sealers/topical-sealers/

Shea has good advice buts here an option to consider. I did a bit over 2ksqft of stamped mud when I did our front yard and went with “wet look 2000” sealer. That stuff looked great for 10yrs before it needed a refresh. I wouldn’t hesitate to use it.

Cam, I am way over-due on re-sealing my stamped, colored concrete in the Beer Garden.
What is the prep for this sealer you speak of?

Clean the **** out of it and make sure it’s nice and dry.
