Stand Alone Shop

Hello, I am new here and so glad I found this site!
I am planning to build a new shop at my home, I have an extra 1 acre lot beside my house. I already have a brick 32x36 stand alone behind my house. Problem is I am out of room and I want a rack at my house, I am in the auto repair business (38 years) I have 9 racks at my business, but I like working on my personal stuff at my house at my own pace and time and no phones or interruptions. At 57 I am tired of laying on the ground in my home shop. Lol
I am wanting around a 40x60 with 14 foot ceiling height, I am struggling between metal or wood framed. I am in a subdivision, although the covenants have expired, I want something that looks nice without costing a small fortune. That is why I am struggling with steel.
Any input or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

You know you can do a red steel building frame that you use SIP walls on that can be covered in any finish.
You can add windows and doors to make it look like a very traditional 2story house

That is a very impressive shop! Very similar to what I have in mind I want a living area inside, bathroom, shower, microwave, bed, TV, Internet etc. I also like how you finished out the inside too.

Thank you, I am not familiar with SIP? Yes external appearance is very important to me, my house is 2 story brick and my current shop is also brick that matches the house. No way I could justify building another shop out of brick especially considering the size and height required.
