Stand By branded tools?

Hi,
Picked up a few hatchets at a sale last week. A Plumb, a Plumb-Anchor and a Stand By.
Does anyone know anything about Stand By branded tools? Who made them or sold them? I haven't found a thing other than Google searches for the song Stand By Me
It's actually got a really nice feel to. It's kind of heavy and looks pretty stout.

Hmm that's interesting. I can't find anything either. I'm actually getting frustrated because I can't find anything even closely related online. I wish someone could shed some light on this.
