This is a pretty good deal because I bought the Stanley 28" toolbox last year at HD for $35 and it's a good and durable toolbox.....The 23" Stanley toolbox is also on sale for $20, I bought one today as a X-mas gift for my dad. These toolboxes are not bad at all.

That one is smaller than the 28".... either way you can't go wrong with Stanley and Dewalt tool boxes.

The 28" is pretty huge for a portable tool box....and I'm not sure if that box you have is water proof either. The one I have has a water proof seal.

I've had that Stanley box for a couple years and it's been a good box. I keep longer stuff in it (lots of weight), like pry bars and long clamps. The rubber seal is a plus. I recall paying about $30, on sale, so this is a great price. My only complaint is I prefer full-length handles on long boxes, so you can balance it anywhere along the length of the handle.

I disagree.

That Dewalt combo is okay, but the plastic is a little light duty imho.
