Picked this up off FBMP tonight, it’s all there except what I am guessing would be a hold down for the tool sharpening attachment on the right side. Is the color original? I would think that it was gray when new. Also am curious the rpm is listed at 1725 and 1425 is the 1725 at 60 cycles and the 1425 is 50 cycles?

I would guess it was originally not red, though I don't know if grey was right. This is green now.

Yes, the different speeds are for 60/50 Hz.
