I bought a set a week ago at that price. They appear to be very nice chisels and cut well for me out of the box. I have done some research on them online and they appear to be regarded fairly well by the woodworking community. As with all chisels, they will perform better with proper honing and sharpening. Users will likely want to flatten the back, polish it, and refine the bevel a little, but mine were still fairly sharp right out of the box. I think the price is very good deal on them. Note that they are the socket style chisels, and the chisel handle can be removed and replaced with a larger one (you make yourself) or a duplicate replacement (if you somehow damage the original and can locate a replacement) with just a tap on the side of the handle. If you're not familiar with that style of handle you can google it.

Overall, I am happy with mine. BTW there is also an 8 chisel set of these on Amazon.
