It would probably be easier to do a compendium of where Stanley hasn’t made tools

We used to laugh, at all the great Polack jokes, oblivious to the connection, but with Poland's current advanced metal manufacturing capabilities, it appears they at least know how to make a pair of pliers.

The finish looks rough, but since they are slip joint pliers, it might be where the rust was removed, gained from them sitting around, unused.
