I am sure that it'll be like most Stanley boxes. A little bit lighter than it should be, but completely capable of occasional homeowner type use. Probably very reasonably priced for what you get even at regular price, and a steal when it goes on sale. Personally with any cheaper box I prefer the plastic Plano version, they don't dent and look crappy like thin metal, and they are reasonably priced and commonly on sale. Still though, it's a kinda cool looking little box.

Never seen one of those, but Kobalt and Husky both have a 3 drawer ball bearing box in that size for ~$40, nice box for new money.

I bought one of those at xmas for my daughter and filled it with tools for her as she moved out and into her first house she's renting. It's not bad. Just your typical tool box, nothing special, but nothing wrong with it. With the lid down it locks the drawers.
