I'm guessing that it is sitting on the full cutter set. It is a later model. If it is pristine and complete, then $150 is probably high end of retail to a collector. Be careful, though, because something is almost always missing--like the slitter cutter, the 1/8" cutter or the screwdriver. Even the original instructions have value.
User planes are generally $25-60 based on condition and cutter sets are $30-80 based on condition and completeness. He has a nice plane but I would feel better as a buyer at $100.
