Stanley Plane #113 Type 1 vs. Type 2 questions

Hello all,

I have been looking for one of these and just found one, but I am not sure if it is a Type 1 or Type 2.
Can one of you experts tell me some sure-fire ways to tell the difference?
This one apeared to be a "Hybrid" of a #1 and #2...?
I wish I had pictures, sorry...
