Stanley sweetheart...door hinges?

I'm not big into vintage woodworking tools but I have seen Stanley sweetheart wood planes. Today started to prep about 20 old doors that were purchased from an architectural salvage place, they are circa 1920s. To my surprise about 90% of the hinges have the SW in a heart logo. They look to be made of bronze. Thought I'd share.

Very nice too bad Stanley you were at the top of your game back then...Why the heck did you fxxk-up and produce cheap **** just to save a few pennies and make your MBA's and shareholders happy?

Sometimes Stanley you have to say screw it (no pun intended) and stay the course and build the best you can like the op's hinges.

Awesome, my first house had them also.I stripped all the doors down to bare wood and soaked the hinges in paint thinner to my surprise.put really cool art deco escutcheons and
Glass knobs on .

Yep. I have lots of those also.

Of the remaining hinges that did not say SW, there were 2 other discernible logos. One is McK in a Pennsylvania keystone, and a 3rd is a 3 leaf clover with a character in each lobe, but the stamp looks faint and hard to read.

Also had more plain flat hinges that just said SW without the patent text.

Our place in Portland, OR was built in 1912 and the original 5-panel doors swing on Stanley hinges stamped with the SW logo.
