Just thought I would share a positive experience.
I needed a replacement blade for a Stanley 33-312 tape measure and could not find one. I called Stanley's customer service and talked to a very nice representative to see if I could purchase one.
She searched around but could not locate a replacement, as they no longer sell them.
However, she was nice enough to send me a brand new tape measure for my trouble. I received it earlier this week. I am very pleased!
