Stanley Utility Knife Set 0-10-129

Guy that worked with me part time was talking about those sets a few years ago, he was in Scotland for a month while his wife sorted out her deceased sisters affairs. He kicked himself for not buying a bunch of them.
The only thing I can think of is that things like Leatherman tools with saws aren't as popular in Europe and so SB+D can sell them there. I've tried looking for just the blades but no luck. Maybe on my next order from ebay.uk I can pick one up.

Although those Stanley knife handles were made in both the U.S. and the U.K. I’ve a feeling that the saw blades to fit were only ever made in the U.K. Don’t know if they are made here now, or if they are the same quality they used to be. Very little that Stanley offer is.
They have been made for years, since the 1970’s to my certain knowledge, and certainly before Tim Leatherman dreamt up his tool.
They are basically just a pad saw blade that fits a Stanley knife, so you don’t have to carry two handles.
Leatherman tools are relatively popular here, but I can think of all sorts of things I’d cut with a £2 saw blade that I wouldn’t go near with a £100 Leatherman!
O.P. If you want one it’s probably best just to buy the blades and use a domestically sourced knife. There’s nothing unusual about the knife. I suspect shipping would cost more than the blades though.

The knife body that is part of that set is the E199 (0 10 199) but I only see the set on EU sites and seems to be mostly vendors who are more institutional/industrial. It was on the Canadian Amazon as the full set with both saw blades but currently not available.

It honestly looks incredibly cumbersome to me. It doesn't fold, you need a screwdriver to change blades that don't fit inside the handle and even the little utility blade can't be retracted. There are handles out there by Milwaukee that hold a much easier to find (and in many more tooth configurations) 6 inch sawzall blade, and it's foldable.

Bosch BSH000495 is another option that uses reciprocating saw blades
The reason I want the set with the saw blades is for a gift. I know there are much better saws out there for heavier use but this would just be for light duty tasks. Also I would like to keep the country of origin USA or as close as possible.
As a kid I always got gifted tools from dad, uncles, and grandpa and I'm determined to carry on the tradition.

Is that number a SKU or model number ?

I think that is the model number. I had better luck searching without the hyphens.
