From their site:

"Stark is constantly working with our domestic and overseas partners to relay valuable feedback and improve upon your tools, as well give distributors a better opportunity to offer new and exciting products to their customers in a constantly evolving market. We are committed to offering brand name merchandise and packaging that you can count on every day."

It seems they just rebrand products. I doubt they really make anything themselves.

Here's a quote from Stark USA's about page. Emphasis is added:

Stark Industrial Tools was opened because after 10 years in this industry we have noticed disconnects between the import companies and the distributors. The business of importing and distributing tools should not be about just trying to make a quick buck by selling cheap merchandise or copying competitors for easy profit, it’s about offering your customer something new, something they will be satisfied with and come back to you again and again. We pride ourselves on our ability to provide high-quality products and unique tools at competitive prices.

Stark is constantly working with our domestic and overseas partners to relay valuable feedback and improve upon your tools, as well give distributors a better opportunity to offer new and exciting products to their customers in a constantly evolving market. We are committed to offering brand name merchandise and packaging that you can count on every day.

Thanks,
I just shot a pic of my Hulk action figure with some 1/4" drive tools in his hands.
Then I used a comic app for my phone to add the thought bubble and text.

Good or bad, it’s disingenuous. Only a small minority of purchasers care about COO so just disclose it clearly and don’t name your importer service Dave’s USA Tools.
