I am looking to replace a start capacitor on a DP motor. It is an older single phase motor from the 50's. It does not have a spec plate on it. The capacitor is a Sangamd, rated at 320-360 MFD, 135v.

I found two replacements that will fit in under the cover plate. One is rated at 300-360, and the other is rated at 324- 389. Which would be a better choice?
Thanks
