after consulting with a structural engineer, I put my 10K lift on a 6" slab with 4'X4'X18" footings under the slab where the lift goes. I had re-bar and welded wire in the slab and put a grid of rebar down in the footing. Part 2 of my build video explains it a little better visually.

Hey man, I'm out in Seattle as well. I have the cement cut and extracted for my lift but haven't 100% finalized how I'm going to do the rebar and pour though. Where did you go for your revolution? Sounds like you got a deal on yours...wouldn't mind some details :)

PM sent. I went with Vehicle Equipment Solutions. The owners sells and installs the lifts and he is local to me. I have had to call him on a couple of times since the install (minor latch cable stretch and bolt torque values) and he was really quick to respond and helpful.

We followed Mohawks guide exactly. 4' x 14' X 12" concrete, rebar grid, and rebar epoxied into the current slab. Ready to pour concrete next week. Used a core drill to get the corners nice and round :D
