Here’s where we are at on Day 5, it’s me and my 70yr old father. We usually start at 8 or 9 and knock off around 1 or 2 when the sun starts getting too hot.

Probably should have just paid someone to put it up, but I’m enjoying the time with my dad.IMG_0313.jpeg

You are a lucky guy! Building your garage with your dad! I'm older than your father but only have daughters so I miss out on that experience. Looks like it's gonna be a cool shop!!

Looking good. I built my 36x40 pole barn with my son and father. Great experience.
Enjoy your time with your dad.

I'm guessing you bought that Case ctl, justified by building the building yourself. 😉👍
I built this out of scrounged material close to 20 years ago and it's fantastic for building yourself. It'll hold materials, tools and you. About 12' wide and the only downfall is having to climb up to it.

I know your deep into your build (looks great) and don't have the time but this contraption that I also built out of scrounged material would set your rafters.

It'll telescope to 28' fairly close in depending on the load and the lift height of your machine.
