Toptul gets very good reviews here on this site. I personally have not tried them, but would get that set in a heartbeat if the price were right on it.

That tool set looks awesome with the laser cut foam. Unfortunately, that price is a little hard to swallow for me.

Before you buy that set of tools inquire if they come with a lifetime warranty and if they do how do get them repaired/replaced. If they have a good warranty/replacement guarantee then go for it! If not you might want to look for a company that provides a good warranty.

500 quid (around $800 USD) for that set up is pretty high to me for a 3 dwr portable box and 82 tools.
Suggested retail price for that set of 618 GBP or around $1,000 USD is insane.

If that was a Snap-On or Mac chrome tool set with Knipex pliers and Wiha hex keys, then Maybe at the 500 GBP price.

Toptul is a very capable Taiwan (IIRC) based handtool mfgr.

No slouches, but as others have stated above, check on local warranty options in the country and area you live in and then add in the cost what other tools you may need to get the work at hand done.

I'm pickey about ratchets, hex keys, screwdrivers and pliers. Less than a handful of retailers do them or source them all well in a set like that.

sounds good, but i'd prefer the Hazet socket set (my opinion, you'll love it when you hold it in your hand) but Facom is great too.

if you got some bills left, get immediately one of those, best tool i've ever owned:

Look for NWS pliers, fantastic pliers and in europe not expensive.
Don't forget abut a nice set of wrenches (Gedore, Hazet...etc...)

Get some ratcheting wrenches as well, they are great, Gearwrench :

http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B006T2T10I/?tag=atomicindustr-21

are great (i own a lot of them and love em and use them a lot), or if you spend a few bucks more get Gedore :

as for the tool box: have a look at a good used one (local newspaper / ebay), most important, nice ball bearing slides, weight capacity per drawer and big swivel caster, if you're handy, get a decent used box for cheap, and restore it and put perhaps some decent new casters on it.
