Signed up today ...
I built my own 24x30 shop with ten foot ceilings about five years ago. It was pretty deluxe including built in surround sound, drywalled, built in TV, hundred amp service, pot lights, fluorescent lights built in shelving and a pull out couch .Finished it and promptly sold the property... About to start the new build... 20x32 with 13'5" ceiling ....

Hmm. . . Osoyoos. . . what kind of "Pot" lights did your old garage have? That's not exactly a rare commodity where you're from. . .
