Starting on 40'X48 pole barn

Contractor is coming Tuesday to start on my 40X48 pole barn.

We would love some more details about its intended useage, special features, how you arrived at that size, etc, etc, etc.

Going to be used as hobby garage. Car restorations and general repair. Going to have 12' ceilings for a future 2-post lift, water supply and a floor drain. 12" overhang w/gutters. 3 10X10 overhead doors. I went as big as I could go within county building restrictions.

Holy Schnikeys! 2 weeks? They built the barn, including concrete, in 2 weeks? Awesome

What company did you use: Barn manufacturer and onsite contractor?

They actually built the entire thing in 1 week. They started this Monday (9/19) and finished by 10:00 AM on Friday. It was built by the amish. They do outstanding work.

Any company name or contact info to help future buyers in your area ??

And price ?

You've already given mostly enough specs to make it relevant.

Insulation? Rebar or no? How much site prep in that price?

Would really help future customers in your contractors work area. Marc
