Starting Spark Plug with Rubber Hose

Stubby philips with a short piece of hose. Helps to line the spark plug up square.

Same thing here, except I sometimes use a regular length #2 Phillips so as to get extra reach.

I have an assortment of old straight spark plug boots I cut the wire off of. I yank the terminal out of them and use them as spark plug starters. I like the ones off old GM 5.3’s that have a rubber hexagon shape that helps give a nice way to turn them.
