Steel building recommendations

Well its time to shop for a steel building for my shop. I will be using it for repair/restoration work on stock muscle cars as well as a drag race car. I need it to have an 11 foot interior height so I can run my two post lift in it, but the county regulations change when the building goes over 12 feet in height. So I am thinking about a flat roof type building. Since it doesn't snow and barely rains I figure this type of building would work for me. The size I am after is 40x60. It will have to be fully engineered for wind and seismic. The frustrating part of shopping for one of these buildings is that they never give you a straight answer about price. No prices on the internet and as soon as they have your info they call you every day at 6 am. So I was hoping to solicite some sound information before I start calling around. So please tell me which building you bought and any advice about a any facet of this build would be great.
