Steel building recommendations

I am in the process of looking at building a mixed commercial /residential building, half of which I hope to rent out as a commercial / light industrial space and the other half which I want to have split level, with the lower section being divided up into two sections, 1/2 being my private shop space and the other 1/2 being a shared shop space which I plan on renting out to friends. I am hoping to have the upper section be a residential loft space (3 bedroom, 3 bath, office, exercise room with an open concept living room / dining room / kitchen).

I am thinking of either 50x80 or 40x80 depending upon how I can squeeze everything in. Still in the process of laying everything out on paper, but figured I would reach out to everyone on here and get your recommendations on who I should start looking at for steel building manufacturers.

I also want to get any input from people on shop essentials that I should plan for. I am planning on putting in a bathroom on both my private shop space and the shared shop space, but am thinking about leaving the commercial space unfinished / bare dirt floors (build to suit). I want to have central dust collection, air throughout the shop and plenty of electrical (3phase services - 1 service for commercial space, 1 service for shared shop space, 1 service for residential / private shop space), and also divide up natural gas services the same way. I am hoping to have radiant heat in the shop and residential spaces with supplemental forced air heat and air continditioning in the residential space.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Are you contracting it yourself? If not, find a local commercial builder with metal building experience. The builder will provide the building.
