Please forgive me what i intend to find out is ,Wouldnt it be cheaper and easier to buy a prefab metal building as opposed to framing lumber ,stucco etc.?My plans are for roughly 24x36.
Anyone that has done any homework and can help Id appreciate the help

It depends on where you are at and exactly finished design you want and if you are putting it together or paying someone else to build it.

Really need a lot more details such as your general location, what you are going to use it for and if you are building it or letting someone else.

I just went through the exercise of making that choice and went with traditional framing over pole or metal frame for two main reasons. The dimensions I wanted were not available in prefab and I really want to keep all my options open to add or modify down the road. I might never do it but there's a lot less pressure knowing if I missed something or the "collection" changes for the better I can push a wall out, add a door or window etc.
