Yes, but if you want a set it's easier to buy them as a paperweight at the next convenient gun show, between the jerky and the stun guns, across the isle from the flashlights.

In my part of Alabama, you could walk around wearing a set of those bad boys all day long.Perfectly legal. Look into a pair of the Lexan ones if you want them for more than a paperweight/conversation piece.

If they're that fat, they are pointless.

The whole idea is something small and reasonably light that can fit in a pocket and be extracted easily. People have the wrong idea about knuckle dusters because they've seen too many movies where they had to be made large to show up clearly on screen.

Units meant for actual use are universally thin and as lightweight as possible.

You'd be better off carrying a Bic lighter and/or a sharpie around; they are both more versatile and easier to employ if required, and nobody will complain about legality.

A small "old school" (buck, case, etc) pocket knife fits beautifully in my palm as well and doesn't give at all.
