Looking for better ideas. I have a 16X60 block wall that has been letting rain in for likely 30 years. It is an east facing wall that is under a set of roof diverters that dump allot water off the roof close by. This get the wall very wet and it penetrates to the inside. Ive sprayed it with Loxon XP, two heavy coats. It has slowed down the infiltration but not stopped it. The block is VERY porous from the years of water wear and likely freeze action. The wall has 20 gallons of XP on it.

I can cover the entire wall in steel for $1000, no more water issue. I want to do some interior construction and that wall and its water need to be fixed ASAP for that to move forward.

I could dump another 10 gallons on the wall but will it do what I need? Will it last? If it doesn't its another shot in the wallet that still gets covered with steel.

Ill take pics today for an idea of what Im dealing with.
