Is it possible to use steel studs as an exterior wall on a 14x16 shed with a plywood floor?thanks

It is, it just makes fastening anything* to it a screw job and imho complicates things unnecessarily.
* sheathing, rafters/trusses, shelves, window's & doors, siding, etc.

Thanks,now this question.the studs that i can get at lowes are 25 gauge.will they suffice or do i need something heavier?

You can get steel studs that will work for structural use but you will need to go to a supply house. They are used for load bearing walls in commercial work every day. Wood will probably be cheaper and faster for a shed.

Yeah 25 ga is interior partition wall material. They have plenty of structural ga. materials but I do not know what you need. I would only guess that it would be 11-14 ga., even less fun to screw into:thumbup:
