That's a popular design. I see it show up rather frequently on CL. That's the first one with a backsplash/rail arrangement I've seen.

I have a 6 foot that I just cut down to 4 feet long last weekend since the table was too big for my space otherwise. The unit is modular and was easy to move the leg inward to the new configuration.
