Steelman Floor Jack?

did search but couldn't find anything. There is a 3 1/2 ton steelman jack for sale near me for $80 and i have never heard of these, there is also little info online. Are these good USA jacks with rebuild kits available and is that a good price?

when i worked at walmart in the tire center the tools they had were all steelman, thats the only place I ever seen them. The jacks were ok we had 3.5 tons and 10 tons but the hand tools were ****.

Not a USA Jack and to my knowledge there is NO rebuild kits available but all Seals can be sourced individually.
