Couple questions....what will you use for ceiling insulation? How difficult was the erecting process? I've heard some owners say they are a PITA to build... your thoughts?

Personally I kinda like these buildings.... great for just a shed without endwalls or fairly EZ to finish the ends with your choice of doors.

Here's what it looks like now...I want to put a black stripe or 2 down the middle next. I know it's not perfect, but this will be a weekend car/truck building shop.

I have assisted in building two of these types of buildings and we glued foil covered blanket insulation directly to the building on the areas that are above your walls. The "strips" were wide enough to land on the "ribs" and then we taped the joints with foil tape. We used polyureathane construction adhesive. Just a suggestion.

I am going to weld in the shop, and the area I designate will have OSB with sheets of 20 gauge steel over it. ( I picked up some from a guy that was going to scrap it, about 12 sheets of 4 x 8 and I nabbed it quickly , free for the hauling). They were used and removed from a building, they have a few holes in the corners, but I will make it work. I ended up buying him a few cool ones when i saw him downtown the next weekend. (it was the least i could do).
