I've been reading all your suggestions and advice. I'm currently mounting the tires onto the wheels that I'll be swapping onto the car this weekend. After seeing all the advice against working on the sloped driveway I'm trying to see what I can move around to do this in a safer manner. Street is not an option, I do have a floor mounted winch, multiple wheel chocks etc in the garage which may come into play, so If I do tackle the task on the slope I'll take pics of my setup and hopefully keep it safe and successful as possible.

Took all your advice and shuffled things around so that I could get the car into the garage to work on a level floor. I was surprised that I had this much space so this gives me a lot of options for other tasks.

I don’t know how old you are. There are a lot of very smart and experienced folks here…and if you looked at my post #3 and saw how many agreed with my suggestions…then good on you OP.👍

You get one set of eyes, lungs (think welding) and only so many digits and limbs…trying to keep them all is a great strategy. Thanks for reporting back with your success and good on you for asking and being open to others helping you…hope you get that dream shop at some point.
