Hi guys I have another question for you , What product should I use to seal the crack between the stem wall and floor? I tried using some sika self leveling stuff but it keeps dripping down into the crack. TIA

As LegacyIndustrial mentioned, install backer rod then try the sealant again. Should be able to find the backer rod at Lowes or Home Depot. It comes in various widths and should be stuffed just deep enough to give you a caulk depth of about 1/2 the width.

Will do that, thanks. I got some 5/8" and 1/2" laying around but the cracks are pretty narrow (about 1/8" and 3/16") so I guess I'll cut them down to my needs, now I'm wondering: Will the epoxy bond to the sika self leveling stuff from HD?

Another option is to go ahead and coat your floor and fill the seam after with urethane caulk like Sika-1. We have a similar product coming out in a few weeks.
