Hey guys, so a few weeks ago I tore the step off the wall when I was caulking all the joints/cracks in my garage floor/wall joint. I have rebuilt the step like it was only using 3/4 plywood instead of press board for the top.

I am going to repaint the garage white when it warms up, but can't decide what to do with the step. I don't think it looks good as is, so I want to do something with it.....maybe paint it a light or medium grey?..........but I know the top will get dirty pretty quick from shoe soles.....thought about maybe covering the top with some sort of outdoor carpet, or maybe the grip tape stuff which is black........:headscrat

I am going to leave the floor and block as is for now.....*may* do VCT tile if the bug REALLY bites me to, but not sure at this time. IF I did, it would be a real light grey though to reflect light good.

Any comments/suggestions would be great..........

Thanks guys.

Cover the step in a gray indoor outdoor carpet, just glue it on with something like gorilla glue.
