Another project followed me home last week.

The machine has been rode hard and put up wet; there is evidence of a number of repairs, some parts are missing, but it still runs and still cuts metal.
I have been unable to find much useful information on it, even at VintageMachinery.org. It came with a 14" blade in it, which suggests that it's a Sterling #2.
